Black belt sessions are open to all kissaki students, 3rd kyu and above.
Sessions will cover:
- Looking into the biomechanical principles of striking, power generation etc
- A better appreciation of anatomy and how it can benefit our karate
- The rules of combat
- Improving keri waza
- Developing bunkai as tegumi exercises - enabling a complete training regime to be developed around grade specific kata
The floor will be open to kissaki instructors to share their ideas and to take a look at how the kihon are being applied across the board.
