Our Eastbourne timetable is changing from July 5th 2010

Karate-Jutsu
Our system is split into 3 levels (1 is the basic level, 2 is intermediate and 3 advanced). All classes are mixed abilities, allowing novices to benefit from training with more experienced students.
Karate-Kids
Mixed abilities age 8 - 15 years. The Eastbourne dojo is open for 50 weeks of the year and offers the best possible training in Karate.
Cardio Karate
For anyone interested in getting and keeping fit! Whether you are a martial artist or not you will benefit from our highly effective cardio programme.
Kissaki-Kai full time Dojo opening 19th April 2010!
